Purpose

This Privacy Policy governs the processing of personal data carried out by SSSPL CARIBE, S.R.L. through the IBOS LEGAL platform and supplements the Terms and Conditions of Use.

Personal Information We Collect

SSSPL CARIBE, S.R.L. shall process the personal data necessary for account administration, provision of the service, technical support, billing, security, legal compliance, and improvement of the Platform.

The data, documents, and files uploaded by the User shall remain under the User's responsibility, with SSSPL CARIBE, S.R.L. acting as a technology provider for their processing.

How We Use Your Information

The data shall be used exclusively to operate the Platform, provide support, maintain security, comply with legal obligations, and improve the service.

Security

SSSPL CARIBE, S.R.L. implements reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information against unauthorized access, loss, alteration, or improper disclosure, without guaranteeing absolute security.

Data Retention

Data shall be retained for the duration of the contractual relationship and, thereafter, for a maximum period of three months, as necessary to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes, maintain backups, or protect legitimate rights.

Providers and transfers

The Platform may use third-party services for hosting, storage, authentication, communications, backup, and payment processing, including providers located outside the Dominican Republic when necessary for the provision of the service.

Your Rights

Data subjects may exercise the rights granted to them under applicable law. Where the data has been uploaded by the User, the User shall be responsible for addressing such requests.

Amendments

SSSPL CARIBE, S.R.L. may update this Policy at any time. The version in effect shall be the one published on the Platform.
